Having Second Thoughts . . .

So I found and bought a pattern and the fabric to line the shirt I'm planning to make out of the gorgeous embroidered tablecloth (see prior post below), BUT I just can't bring myself to cut into it. Maybe I should make something else out of it that would last longer than a shirt; something that could be an heirloom for generations. Any ideas?

1. I like the new blog style.
2. Don't you want to make an heirloom quilt? Maybe you could use it as the center square? If you wanted to be ambitious and equal, you could make all three of us precious girls an heirloom quilt to pass down. We could make it a project.

Yeah, I'm slowly getting the hang of this blog thing :)
2. Do you mean keep the tablecloth whole? That would be a HUGE heritage quilt, or do you mean cut it up and use a part of it as the center square?
3. That would be a good idea - to make each of my darling daughters a heritage quilt (then you guys wouldn't have to fight over just one.

Yeah, cut it up. That could be a fun activity to do for a girls day or something.

Then you could all design your own heritage quilt.
